I understand that this is a free, first-come waiting list based on the date and time my completed form is received.

I will have 48 hours to respond to a puppy offer. I may decline or not respond once and keep my position; a second decline or nonresponse removes me from the list.

I understand that joining does not guarantee a puppy, litter, timeline, sex, color, markings, or other traits. If I accept a puppy, I must complete a separate reservation and deposit agreement.

I authorize The Basset Barn to retain this information and contact me by call, text, or email about puppy availability.

Your information is used only to manage puppy availability and contact you.
